Catholicism gives you a very sensible piece of advice: you must love everyone. But that doesn’t mean that everyone’s perfect. You have to, in a sense, manage love, community, togetherness, shared responsibility with an ability to criticize people so they can transcend their current state and become better versions of themselves.
